"Management: Collection of Scientific Papers" is an open-access peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research, review and theoretical articles on topical issues related to the field of management. Manuscripts that make a strong empirical and theoretical contribution should emphasise the relevance of the approach to management development. The journal provides a platform for the publication of papers covering a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to, strategic management, operational management, human resource management, organisational behaviour, leadership, innovation management, corporate social responsibility, and change management. The journal adheres to an Open Access Policy, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge, for the sake of social progress. This means that all content is freely available for all users without any charges. Full-text access to the scientific articles of the journal is available in the Archive. All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License, allowing others to disseminate the article with acknowledgement of authorship and its first publication in this journal.
